Nando's Swansea - Morfa Retail Park — Restaurant in Wales

Im a Nandos fan from 2012, i had food probably in over 40 different Nandos, food is good, atmosphere is always great, decor is amazing. But this Nandos branch in Morfa Swansea disappointed me, they have great food, great music and decor. But the FOH Staff has much to learn, their service is not Nandos standard. Floor staff needs training, they have no clue how restaurants works, they bring starters together with mains, then bring the drinks afterwards. They chat between themselves instead of cleaning the empty tables. Its a very relaxing job for them, looks like management could put more pressure on them, makes me sleepy looking at how they move. Them coming to check back on my meal is very very rare. A FOH member wearing Nike airforces that are so old and dirty that we can even see the socks inside through the front is not nice and unprofessional. I wont stop coming in here tho, i go out to eat and not to have amazing service, i care about the food only, but makes me sad watching this front of house doing such an amateur job. Visited today Sunday 11th of May, place was clean as always, and we got seated quickly. However no butterfly chicken on the menu, these things happen, so ordered the chicken burger fries and mac and cheese, when it arrived the burger was cold, the mac and cheese which is normally bubbling was tepid as where the chips, my partners food was the same. No one approached us to ask if the food was OK which was unusual. It still tasted fine but burger was so cold the cheese couldn't even melt. We watched food sitting under the lamps for up to 10 minutes so guessing we weren't the only ones with cold food today. It was an expensive meal for something that wasn't up...

I have been to a few Nando’s and its my favourite place to eat due the flavour of the grilled chicken and secondly the spice, hot chilli marinade. However i was disappointed with Swansea Morfa Branch, chicken was under-grilled, no char on it and it felt like poached chicken that was rushed through grill for a few seconds. Also, service could have been better as we waited for longer.
