Well, I'm lucky enough to have visited many of the world's best restaurants in my lifetime but some of them don't know how to surprise you with great knowledge of how to cook the perfect Sunday roast. This was our first visit to Pebbles, and I can honestly say it was by far The Best roast. The huge Yorkshire puddings literally melted in your mouth. Roast spuds were the best tasting, crunchy outside, and soft inside. Veggies were Al dente. Then the meats. I had chicken, which was succulent. My partner had the beef, which he said just melted in his mouth. Proper mash as well as real tasty gravy. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back as we come to Angkesey every weekend to try out the main menu. Great choice of drinks and wine in proper large glasses, compared to the measured mouth washes you get from other establishments. Not overcrowded, either. Shame its not got a deck out the back, though, for Red...

Me and my husband have been staying in Benllech for a week for our hols, we tried Pebbles on Wednesday night for the burger and beer night and honestly it's the best burger I've ever had anywhere! The crumble after was gorgeous too! We booked then and there for a table for tonight (Friday) as our last meal before we go home Saturday morning and we're so glad we did...

This time I had the king prawn starter followed by the chicken chasseur and my husband had the belly pork followed by the fillet steak, all of it was perfect. We've eaten at a variety of places (all have been nice) over this week and when we stayed last year and Pebbles Bistro is at the top of the list, 100% our favourite and our absolute must for all future visits, thank you!

Also the staff are so welcoming, friendly, polite and attentive, fantastic place but gets busy so...

My food was good- I had sea bass with mash and veg. It was very tasty, but the skin was left on and mushy instead of being crisp which was a slight disappointment. My partner had the tagliatelle and said it was OK, but nothing special. It all felt very expensive for something we could have made at home. (£75ish for two mains, a desert, two glasses of wine and an appletiser)

What really makes us rate it down though was the service. It was a little painful - we were seated quickly but ordering drinks, and food, and then getting the bill were all slow. It would be understandable if they were very busy, but at some points 2-3 waitresses were standing at the bar talking while we were trying to make eye contact and call them over to order. They also weren't particularly friendly.

Unsure if...

Gorgeous little eating place, 😍 We booked a table, good job we did, as they had to turn quite a few people away. The decor is beautiful, love the large amethyst geode in the fireplace, great for a romantic meal too. We all enjoyed our meals, I had the steak and ale pie followed by the cheese board, my husband had the pork loin, followed by Oreo cheesecake, my teenage son had the gourmet burger, it was gone in seconds 😃 followed by the Oreo cheesecake too. With the three main meals and desserts and a round of alcoholic drinks for us three, the bill came to around £100, which is about average now. We would definitely return, because I want to try the Welsh fillet steak 😂 There is parking around the back of the restaurant.

Booked here for New Years Eve it was a 5 course set menu. To start we had French Onion soup which was amazing! Then pork bell with scallops, Raspberry and Prosecco sorbet, Welsh fillet steak that was cooked brilliantly so tender with roasted vegetables and Diane sauce. The Chocolate brownies was probably the best one Iv ever had. Staff where friendly and attentive throughout the whole night! Well done, will definitely recommend and be visiting again.
