Pepe's — Restaurant in Wales

Worst place to come for family meal. We came in for a peaceful meal when the food arrived cold when I complained the young lady claimed that the chicken was eaten as I was trying to explain that I haven’t touched it the staffs attitude became rude and aggressive to a point where she put he hands in to the food holding it up to me and said it was eaten again I said haven’t she huffed and said don’t worry I’ll make you another while she made a rude comment about me to the cook I finally had enough and approached the manager he was giggling and said it’s ok I’ll get you another but my response was keep your food and my money and never come again As a business man my self I have never seen this anywhere else so friends stay way from this place would only result the same but I don’t mean this to the franchise as regularly go to...

This is such a pity to give a bad review but its happened 3 times now. I cant fault the food, i really do enjoy it. What you need to work on is the customer service. Once I placed an order at the counter and they told me 15mins, went to sit in the car and wait. After 15mins went in and had to wait a further 20mins, not quick and others had came in after me and got there food before me. Twice I have called, they pick up the phone and ask you to wait once I was on hold for 5 mins, tonight I waited over 10 mins hearing the staff talking in the background. In the end up I gave up and got a takeaway elsewhere.

Really need to scrub up on the CS otherwise people...

We order food from here atleast once a week and usually we have no problem but yesterday we ordered a delivery and when it came there were items missing out the order, when we rang them and told them what was missing they told me they won’t deliver it and if I wanted the rest of my food I would have to collect it myself! I thought this was rude and very bad customer service, so for that reason I will not order...
