Primo Amore Italian Restaurant Mold — Restaurant in Wales

Had a gorgeous romantic meal with my partner here on Friday March 25th. We had read the great reviews and were not disappointed. In Italy being too fast is considered rude. Italians like to take things slowly, especially things so important as eating. They are not into serving you fast, in some restaurants they seat you, serve you, and give you the bill, to make more money! You can be in and out within an hour BUT in Primo Amore you can tell hospitality comes first, and in true Italian tradition they do not rush you through a meal. What a refreshing change!! If you want a quick meal, in and out within the hour then this is not the place, but if you want to have a really authentic Italian experience, excellent food in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, then give this place a try!! I’ve just had the best experience of any Italian restaurant, in a setting that was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Menu offered many great Italian dishes, and Liam front of house, could recommend dishes for everyone’s taste, including a friend dislike to garlic 🙄, so informing the chef no garlic in her meal. A fantastic atmosphere and staff at hand for your service, very attentive and polite, even the young lad who helped to clear the table when you’ve finished your course. I can’t recommend this Italian restaurant enough, high standards and delicious food from all parts of Italy. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. You can’t rush excellence in preparing a meal fresh from scratch, and it’s great to eat in a high level restaurant and not being rushed out after you’ve finished...

Unfortunately I am unable to write a comment on the food/service as we didn't get to go to the restaurant, I phoned at 11.30 am to book a table for 5 people as a birthday treat, but the call was diverted as the restaurant is closed in the day, I phoned again at 3.00 pm still no answer, phoned again 5.30 pm which was answered, we were told that they didn't receive my message as they were having problems with their booking system & that they would phone back in 5 minutes, the phone call never came so I contacted them once again & was told that they were fully booked so couldn't accommodate us, very disappointed & absolutely NOT impressed, if they don't receive messages or phone back when they said they would then it say's a lot about their service in the restaurant, certainly won't be...
