Rambo's Flaming Grill — Restaurant in Wales

Lost regular customers today.

Ordered two pizzas , scampi and wings, pizzas base was still doughy , the scampi was almost burnt and chicken wings subpar at best . We returned the pizzas and scampi to be told we were wrong and it was cooked if we wanted it "crispy" we should ask, didnt realise we had to ask for a fully cooked pizza and even with the replacement they left the peppers off the girlfriends pizza but after what we were met with taking it back this time we are just cutting our losses and not going back again. The lad on the front was nice to her and polite (thank you ) and gave us some free chips which has stopped it being one star but the other staff member gave her attitude insisting we were wrong. We have had extra topping left off before but never mentioned it understanding how much pressure there must be but after making this complaint and being told we are in the wrong will not fly. Tried to eat the wings but ended up in the bin tasted that rubbish. We will not...

Hour wait for delivery when I live in the centre of town ! I rang to find out where my order was to be told they didn't know where my flat was even though I told them exactly where it was on point of ordering (you cannot miss my building by argos) !!! It turned up not only stone cold but the box hadn't been wrapped and shut properly so I was greeted with a carrier bag full of meat and onions etc that my can of pop was rolling around in ! Never ordering again. Hour wait for cold and none edible food ✌no apology either when I had to walk to the shop to take it back when I work night shifts, I'm exhausted and they are charging people...

We visited Rambo's Flaming Grill while on holiday in the area and were seriously impressed! We ordered both pizza and burgers, and everything was fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with dietary requirements—they went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy with their meal.
