Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

The staff were rude and unreasonable. We sat outside with a dog on metal chairs (no cushions or anything to get dog hair on) with drinks from elsewhere but were about to go into starbucks for coffee anyway and were firmly told those seats were for customers only so I apologise and head in to buy the drinks from starbucks, while I'm inside another waitress goes out and again tells my brother he has to leave with the dog and waited for him to pick up his stuff and go even after he explained I was inside buying drinks (there was a dog inside the starbucks btw) we left with our drinks and will not be going back, the staff didn't even try to be nice about it. Also one of the tables had loads of empty cups left on it which they didn't have time to clean up despite having time to come and tell us to leave TWICE. We did of course comply but they could have been a lot nicer about it and...

We got there quite early, around 08.20 on Friday 10th August. The 2 staff on the counter didn't really seem to want to be there, very cool welcome and when I tried to make conversation with the female barista about the refurbishment I was simply cut short, (Sam?). The decor was dark blue and very cold, really unsuitable and added to a bad experience. No marmalade for toast and I had to ask for a knife. Music was blues, jazz... . awful, not relaxing. I am unsatysfied with my visit at this Starbucks. The cashier who was serving me, put down my order incorrectly. As soon as, I realized it is the wrong order, I came back to exchange my coffee. I was talking to a cashier when other employee showed up and started to argue with me and raise his voice becasue in his opinion I had placed order inccorectly, but he wasn't even there when I was ordering.
