Starbucks — Restaurant in Wales

I love Starbucks for years now but the atmosphere in this one is not so good for studying/working which is what i usually come here to do, very loud and noisy with music that has nothing to do with a coffee shop.

Also every time I ask for a caramel Frappuccino it tastes horrible, not sweet at all and very watery, not the first time this happens, funny enough this is the only store that does this. If you tell staff your drink is wrong or has something wrong with it, they seem annoyed that you told them something’s not right, and the tables in the store are very dirty and untidy.

I have given the benefit of the doubt and came here in summer, autumn, winter… Nothing changes ever.

I’ve been here a fair few times and usually it’s no worries. But I went this evening I arrived at 18:20 (I’m assuming they may close at 18:30) I know how annoying this is having write in a similar job myself. However I genuinely didn’t know what time they closed. The girl who served me was really rude. Blonde girl, she made my drink really poorly which I semi suspected would be the case after the service. Didnt say hello just kinda barked the amount at me, and then closed the window. Literally so rude. Also no cream even though she asked?! and tastes like hot water. I get its annoying when someone comes late, I do. But don’t really see there was any need...

Ordered the new cold brew pumpkin spice and a pumpkin spiced latte. The drinks were served in takeaway cups even though we were sitting inside. The cold brew pumpkin spice looked nothing like the advertisment picture and it tasted disgusting, it was totally bland and there was no cream foam on top, it was like drinking a freezing cold cup of tea.. should have ordered 2 pumpkin lattes instead. Rip off £9.30 for 2 drinks. Would have ordered a couple of cinnamon buns but I wasn't prepared to pay £3 each when you can get one from Lidl across the road for less...
