Burger King — Restaurant in Wales

We visited last night as an end of term treat for my children. We haven't been to a Burger King in 6 years and we were unsure how to customise our order on the touch screen. Steven came to our aid and was extremely helpful! What a credit he is and was so polite and made sure we got exactly what we wanted so no upset children. The food was really good and hot too, and the whole atmosphere there was relaxing. All the staff to be fair were smiling and polite which added to our enjoyment. One item was missing on our food and straight away it was sorted with a smile by a very lovely lady. I didn't get her name, but for a family to come in to eat with children with additional needs, and an anxious Mum to then have such a lovely time and leave feeling relaxed with smiling children is something the staff should feel very proud of. Well well well well, it’s fair to say I’ve had my fair share of memories made today. As I stumbled through the doors of this Welsh self proclaiming sandwich royalty haven in pursuit of quenching my burgery desire, low and behold who should be there waiting for me in the pale mood lighting but Mr Ryan Reynolds. I’ve personally always been a huge fan of The Proposal and I’ve seen my fair share of soccer matches so to say I was absolutely star struck was a complete understatement. His eyes glistened so much more than I could ever imagine to the extent where I completely forgot to order any food! Very disappointing and to be frank, worrying. I ordered a Whopper meal at the drive through and was never asked about making the meal large. When I arrived at the first window, the price was higher than the one on display by the ordering station. The lady told me it was the normal price and that she would have a look at the display. I parked the car and looked at the receipt. I then realised I was charge for a large meal. I was going to let it go until I saw I was neither given a large portion of fries nor a large drink!
