My wife and I always seek out local beers whilst traveling, so we naturally landed at this place during a visit to see a friend in town. Wow we were not disappointed! Starting off with a great selection of very well made beers, but also fast friendly bar service, and a room full of friendly and chatty locals too. Perfect for a traveling couple! We loved our time in Wrexham, but our experience here is always mentioned as a highlight. What a cracking pub this is. Came in here for the first time for a trifecta of musical ensembles. It was a combination of punk and killerbilly and we had a great evening. There's a huge range of ales on, and for a change its not all hipster ipa, which is a refreshing change in itself.
