'0' STAR.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY STAFF MEMBER BECKY
Ordered my two drinks a certain way, as we like an always do, to be served on drinks station by a rude member of staff. She wasn't rude to start, but you could clearly tell her manner and her offishness was clear and apparent and she let me know. I asked for extra sauce and drizzle etc on both drinks but she clearly went out of her way to be awkward ( and while she was doing my drinks, trying to mid serve the next customer and talk to a customer through hatch window. Quite clearly no manners ) so i kindly asked again, we would like more, extra its how we like our drinks. She gives me one and i ask does that have coffee? She said 'it says its on label!!! Can you imangine speaking to a customer this way. Normally staff in any shop go out their way to make a customer happy and it wasn't like i didn't ask for my drink this way at the beginning. When i asked the next one to have lots, she argued the toss what she put in was a lot!!! If she was to put more she would have to charge a lot.Can you imangine how fuming i was. Is there any need to have a member of staff who clearly doesn't want to be there in the job!!!!!!. I said you know what if you can't make my drink the way i like and i was clear when i asked and paid then please give me a refund.
Please think before ever going here i would go to a different place to grab your drinks. You would never expect this from a new store. What shocks me more is for her to give me a refund, suggests she has either been in job a bit or has a title. Very shocking. If starbucks need to get cameras from store at ruddlan. Out of the entire team, only one staff member appeared remotely friendly or approachable. We stood at the till for an agonizing five minutes while multiple staff members walked past us, blatantly ignoring us like we didnât exist. No greeting, no acknowledgmentâjust indifference. When we finally sat down, things somehow managed to get worse. I had literally just finished the last sip of my drink when a staff member swooped in and snatched the cup right off the table. No âexcuse meâ or âare you finished?ââjust pure rudeness. To make matters worse, while we were clearly still seated and showing no signs of leaving, they started spraying the table and booth chairs next to us. The smell was overwhelming, and it felt like we were being ushered out even though we were paying customers. When I got up to order another drink, the same staff member sprayed the seats again, and when we went to sit back down, we had to awkwardly wait for them to dry. The whole experience felt incredibly unwelcoming and rushed, as if they couldnât wait to get rid of us. To top it all off, the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves over their microphones than actually doing their jobs.    Read moreStopped off mid cycle ride for something hot to eat and drink. Brought our two bikes inside and stood them neatly out of the way. Sadly, staff waited until we ordered food and drink and just as we were about to tuck in came over and said you can't have your bikes in because of health and safety and that they were a hazard in case of fire. They had no objection to a couple of young girls bringing their large boisterous dog in but two bikes stood away from all other customers and where nobody needed to go anywhere near to use the door is a big no no! Aside from that, the service is very slow, they could very easily have mentioned something sooner and certainly before we were about to start our food and coffees.
