UPDATE: 4 weeks after contacting the guest relations still have not received a response to our email. After emailing them twice haven’t heard anything back.

The worst “bottomless brunch” I have ever attended. Arrived at 11:45 no one told us what would happen or where to go. We were taken to a booth with a small table for 6 people. Only an hour time slot. By 12:35 we still hadn’t received any drinks. One staff member behind the bar for the whole venue. It was Abba themed with not a single Abba song playing. The food was cold, and when biting into our burger there was a bit of plastic inside. At this point I asked to speak to the manager whose response was “we offered to give you a new one and you said no”. No apology, When I said the table was ridiculous and we were eating off of our laps I was told that it was an overreach, I was Pretentious and he wouldn’t accept that because we had a table in front of us. (6 people picture for reference). The bar tender then told me she wasn’t even a bar tender and didn’t even know how to make cocktails. We ended up walking out at 12:50 because we had been given 4 cocktails (ordered 6) that were so watered down and disgusting. The manager was rude and never have I been spoken to the way he spoke to me after finding plastic in the food and no drinks we decided there was no point trying to reason with him again. £45 per person,...

The worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to. Went as a group to the mama Mia brunch for a birthday and it was so disappointing. We weren’t properly greeted at the door, and no one explained the event, so we were clueless in terms of timings and what to expect. Once we found our table it was a booth with a small table, despite us being a large group, this quickly proved to be an issue when food arrived before we had received anything else, we all had to balance the plates on our laps. One of our party had plastic in her burger, the food quality was shocking, I have had a much better burger from a van for much less money than this brunch costs. Despite our food arriving we still had not received a single drink, there was meant to be someone coming around pouring Prosecco. The queue at the bar for cocktails was insanely big, and the bar staff voiced their concerns as they had never made cocktails before that day, we never received our drinks. I think the most shocking part was the poor reception from the manager when we tried to voice our issues, he was extremely rude, degrading, disrespectful, and that was the final straw of us leaving. There was no drag either, and no mention of anyone turning up....

I would like to give a big shout out to Connor who was able to single-handedly save my scheduled event at Steinbeck & Shaw. This man went above and beyond to save the day. When gear provided by the bar failed, he went home and brought his own in order to save the day. Outside the box thinker and solver of problems! He made sure the event went as smooth as possible, so thank you very much. You've got a fantastic employee.

Last but not least, I want to mention Kaylie who was really professional in helping me find the right type of booking and made the entire process a breeze.
