I attended Sum 41 last night with my wife and two young boys and we managed to get right at front. We were greeted by Rhian from your security team who had a chat with our boys about how things would happen and made them feel really comfortable. As the night went on there were one or two things happening around us including a fight and she went straight to the culprit and removed him. Nice venue, but the seating is appalling. I went to James Blunt last night and spent the time we were sitting down, with someone else pressed up against me and spilling into my seat because they were too big for the seat. This was extremely uncomfortable firstly because of them resting on my hip causing pain, and secondly because I have sensory difficulties that mean I do need my own space. I’ve attended the venue numerous times over the years as a wheelchair user & always had wonderful experiences but my most recent visit was above & beyond. There are staff members everywhere you turn who are all so kind & willing to help, seated at the top balcony was the best experience I’ve ever had at any arena/stadium & I would never hesitate in visiting again.
