We have been going to Tesco cafe for 3 years once a week I used to think it was amazing ..but this has now changed . I used to go because it was one of the few places where i could have a latte with alternative milk and would not be charged extra Now they have stopped doing the almond milk so i can no longer have a latte ...or anything else except black de-caff coffee . .i am allergic to soy and gluten and dairy so almond milk was the only option . I have spoken to them about this but it seems the staff there do not have any say The staff are great ,,,shame about the management higher up . They need to be able to provide milk for those with allergies ,,,and they need to do some research .The oat milk contains gluten so means many cannot have this .Many are allergic to soy and also dairy ..or are vegan If they needed to cut back ..best cut back on soy and keep almond ..then everyone...

A nice airy cafe with plenty of light due to the big panel glass along its side. Usually come here after a Park Run on a Saturday to enjoy a breakfast. Generally the faster I run the bigger the meal. I prefer to get a window seat if possible but any seat if it’s busy. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait if there’s a queue but that’s the same most places. The staff are all very nice and attentive and obviously well trained in customer care. The food is reasonably priced and though it lacks wall to wall books (Waterstones) or wall to wall old ladies (M&S) it is a step up...

Went there today 2 pots of tea and 2 bowls of chunky chips all OK but one member of staff very rude. Waited 20mins for our chips so went to ask how much longer that we would have to wait and this man said they would be coming out when they are ready in a nasty tone of voice. Didn't even go and check what had happened to them. I have noticed before when we have been there before he has been rude to people would have been one star but all the other staff always friendly and helpful. I think his name is Karl should not be working round people if he can't...
