Update: sorry that I left feedback but not sorry that my order was missing 2 side orders? I take it back, I wouldn't recommend the food here to anyone.

I don't usually leave feedback but I was very unhappy with this takeaway. I had items missing (coleslaw and onion rings which was why I ordered a larger burger meal which cost more) and in all honesty, what was delivered was not good especially given the huge price.

The burger was the least worst and was not tasty, it also had salad on when I asked for no salad, but to be fair was massive. The nachos were dripping and soggy from too much chilli sauce and the chicken wings conversely were bland as it had no sauce, no coating and I honestly couldn't taste any seasoning. Given the £7 price for nachos and the £15+ price on burger meals, it was so disappointing.

Portions are huge to be fair but it didn't really matter as I didn't want to eat any of it unfortunately. Delivery was mega quick and the choice on menu is great. I want to leave honest feedback, both positive and also areas where I felt improvement could be made.

I'd honestly recommend your local cheap plain burger from whatever chippie because this more expensive burger place is so much worse sorry. If it was half the price I recommend it for portion size and menu choice because you might enjoy the taste but unfortunately I...

Ordered food between 19:00 and 19:15. Estimated delivery was 20:30-20:50. Restaurant was saying 30-40 min wait yet we would be waiting at least an hour for our food?? okay? The whole time we waited it did not once say ‘preparing your order’ or ‘out for delivery’ it just stayed on ‘we have received your order’. Rang the restaurant to make sure it was being made. Kept hanging up. We went into the restaurants page on Just Eat to see if there was any info….. “not taking orders at the moment”… so there we are thinking we arent getting out order at all and they just taken out money!!! Delivery time passed so we had to order from another restaurant. This was very stressful as we had already paid over £40 for our original order. The restaurant eventually messaged back and asked us for our postcode. They said our delivery driver had just left …. we live 10-15 mins away!!! Looked on the app only minutes after last checking and it said that they had delivered our food and to “enjoy your food” - at this point we STILL hadn’t received it!!!! So we had to cancel our second order…. very frustrating. Food came finally but was freezing. AWFUL communication from the restaurant - UPDATE YOUR APP!! Ordered delivery. Took an hour to come for food that could not have taken long to make. That's forgiveable though, the quality of the food is not.

Had nachos which were ok, nowhere near worth the price but edible. Onion rings were actually pretty decent. Burger however was inedible: low quality beef, gristle, cheap bun, topped with fatty horrid bacon. Just awful. Did not eat a quarter of it.

Cheesy fries were topped with tasteless cheese and were very undercooked. They'd be terrible from a cheap corner chippie for the price here they were absolutely atrocious. Also did not finish. Fries on side of burger were the same thing.

Overpriced and awful quality....
