My partner and I went with our son,

Partner had: the American breakfast….was cold the egg was presented like a cake not scrambled at all one sausage one bacon which was barely cooked! Also one hash brown and one pancake everything was freezing cold!!

My son had: the kids pancakes, the strawberries were not fresh and the banana was brown full of bruises!

I had: an ordinary breakfast and it was smaller then my sons pancakes!! Freezing cold and no flavour! Still have no idea how my hash brown wasn’t cooked properly!

Ordered and ten minutes later our food was out there’s no thought In the food all frozen and microwaved absolutely horrid! Lady was on her phone texting whilest I was waiting at the till to order! Prices are outrageous as well! Never going again DO...

It's changed its name to Beach Races, went there yesterday 30/07/2022, went to the counter and asked for 3 ploughman's sandwiches and 1 fish and chips, only to be asked not once but 4 times what I said, I asked if I speak in a different Welsh accent? The young girl said yes I can't understand you, I said give me your number and I'll text you the order to which she replied I can't read , another girl came over and said sorry she works in the chippy usually and they both laughed. Oh dear 🙈 Orders messed up, waiting times are huge. Not blaming the lad as he's on his own and Parkdean really should have more staff on. The toast of 2 slices came with 1 butter. Drinks took ages to come and then one was missed. I was starving so ordered the Traditional Breakfast..... I'm still hungry it was a child's portion! So all in all a bit of a shambles, expensive and small portions. There is a lot of competition here and Parkdean are missing a trick.
