Upper Crust Cardiff Central — Restaurant in Wales

First time trying Upper Crust and it didn't disappoint. Was pleasantly surprised to find halal options and we were kindly guided through the options by the proactive and friendly staff. Natasha (and Liam) made the experience very lovely and we were happy with the food overall too. The baguettes tasted fresh and the pastries were really nice too! There might've been a mixup/misunderstanding so we ended up getting an item we didn't expect but it turned out nice so can't complain. Will definitely be purchasing...

Bought a baguette and coffee at the kiosk on platforms 1 and 2 at about 4.15pm. Presented my contactless card to pay (£8.04) and took purchases and walked away. Girl serving came after me and said that the contactless hadn't gone through so paid a second time. She was wrong, the first payment has gone through and I now have two £8.04 in succession on my current account. Please refund second payment to 30-98-21 a/c 00420856 name MR...

Used “Too Good to Go” and collected my bag. Sandy and Michael/Michael (?) I didn’t catch his name properly, but they were both quick to get me my bag, very polite and helped me with the pick-up (especially because I hadn’t used the app before). I got a good selection of baguettes - the tuna Mayo was my favourite by far, though the tikka masala chicken one was also pretty good.
