This is the first review i have wrote but i feel that i need to to make other people aware of this restaurant,
I booked the table via phone for 4 adults a baby & a todler for 17:30. when booking the table the restaurant they never mentioned a time we had to be clear from the table,
On arrival my eldest daughter who is nearly three was having a meltdown which if you have children you know how distressing this can be for parents, so myself & my partner decided to take her outside to calm down.
Once our todler had calmed calmed down we entered the restaurant 15 minutes late.while our friends had ordered drink at the table.
Initially one member of staff seemed really understanding about our situation which was nice, then when ordering food another member of staff informed us that our starters must come out with our mains as they need the table back for 19:25 , i then explained that we were not informed we had to be off the table for a certain time & the member of staff was very argumentative about it, at one point blamed our children for this happening.
Once we agreed we will just have mains , I personally felt that we were being looked down on from management & staff of the restaurant.
The food was bang average not anything special at all, i ordered surf & turf & their was so much salt on the meat it was hard to eat.
We had the bill brought over with the card machine without asking for the bill while we were still enjoying our drinks. Very very rude staff who just want your money & want you in & out, not children friendly , i would not attend this restaurant again!
Also please check your Bill as they had over charged us, we only ordered two deserts & were charged for four, we would have checked this if we were not put under pressure pay the bill quickly

Read moreI know some may say it’s unfair to rate it 1 star as the food was actually very good however this is based on our experience as a whole. A party of 11, upon drinks order being delivered the waitress spilt a bottle of coke directly onto our baby seat that was place on a chair at the end of the table (lucky no baby inside as he was being held by his parents). She was apologetic but had a right face on her when taking our order. Gave us tissue to wipe the seat down but it was literally soaking! Had to bring the pram inside restaurant so baby could sleep. When we asked for the bill there was 6 x Portuguese rice added on to a total of £23.40 (I have also read another customer has complained about this on another review on this restaurant, so check your bill!). We didn’t order this. Good job we checked the bill, was removed when challenged. Finally when we spoke to whom we assume is the manageress and explained her staff spilt a bottle of coke on our baby seat incase she wasn’t aware and asked for something to line the seat (as a hint for a good will gesture), she said ‘no we haven’t anything to help you’, as we repeated the seat is literally soaking and a baby needs to go in it for the journey home, she replied ‘use your coat’! Is she for real? Use OUR coat?! Now I’m not gonna lie and say my mrs had her £800 Moncler coat on as she didn’t wear it to the restaurant tonight but none the less she had a nice coat on. I was served the wrong drink to start with but that wasn't a problem as the waitress did offer to correct it but I didn't mind as it was only the mixer that was wrong so I was happy to drink it. Starter was lovely. My husband's meal was really good and I was enjoying my meal at the start but I had doubts whether all of the chicken on the skewer was cooked and when I got to the piece of chicken at the end of the skewer, it definitely wasn't cooked, part of it was still raw!! As someone who has been in hospital with food poisoning I found this incredibly concerning. The waitress did offer to reheat/cook the chicken!! No formal apology or discount was offered and I left feeling very disappointed and shocked that the restaurant did not seem to care that the chicken they were serving wasn't cooked properly.
