Ziggy's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Wales

Went in here for a quick drink. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate frappe with a caramel slice. The chocolate milkshake was okay. Not the best. They bought out the chocolate frappe but it was caramel so we politely asked it to be remade. They “bought out a new one” it was just a glass with chocolate sauce on the sides and had clearly just poured the caramel one into the glass. Still tasted of caramel and smelt the same as the one before. Again we asked it to be remade the woman said ‘I put chocolate in the glass’ clearly it had not been remade. Third time they bought the drink out it was correct, but again like the milkshake not the best. For cold milk drinks they were both warm as well. The caramel slice wasn’t the best, not fresh at all.
