I'm sorry ...but my experience of the service was disgusting... food was attempted to be served to me.. 1: the staff are serving sandwiches and not wearing gloves. 2.the person serving me went out ..petted a dog with its face and mouth... Came back in to then Cough into her hand..put money into a til.. Then whilst waiting for colleague to finish cooking handled the very slices of bread I was going to be eating..and hands were not washed after that episode. Customer service is shocking ... probably the sweetest people... but just fix the hygiene situation ..its disgusting. I left and never had the sandwich .. can keep my money to get some...

Loaded steak is the dogs and everything is always perfect, staff are always welcoming the only problem I have is I can only get there on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, just wished it was by where I work as would be...

The food used to be really good until new owners took over. We ordered sandwiches from there last week, waited 10 minutes and the sausages were cold. The owner is friendly but the lady who cooks isn’t. We won’t...
