Beast — Restaurant in Walsall

If i could rate this place a zero, i would but I can’t so here we are with a one star rating. Not only did they falsely advertise a promotion, but they were extremely rude and cut off several times, despite assuring us that they would send us our free pizza when we called the first time! They then refused to refund us despite not being able to provide the service that we paid for. I am yet to understand how a company like this still exists in this day and age! Forget HORRIBLE customer service, they forgot to give us deep pan crust that we PAID for and they also forgot to give us a bag of chips but thank god because the chips were rock hard. My family members are also complaining of belly aches after eating so it shows what kind of hygienic environment their food was prepared in!!! If i were you, i would do myself a favour and order elsewhere. Spend your money on small businesses who actually care about their customers lol no wonder they will remain...

Had the Donner in pitta meal, 2 california dream pizzas, American double burger meal, Double chocolate cookie dough. Unfortunately the donner is not 100% lamb donner it's definitely a cheap chicken mixed one very light in colour and seriously lacks flavour. The pizzas are average. The burger was nice would be fine as a single instead of a double as beef patty is quite thick doesn't need to be a double unless your super hungry. The fries are dull. The double chocolate cookie dough tasted a bit burnt and was pure sugar no cookie or chocolatey taste which was disappointing as I love my desserts and never leave them but I left most of this. The delivery was prompt and good customer service, the order delivered correctly and drinks were kept seperate which was good so they didn't get warm. Unfortunately probably wouldn't order again unless really fancied...

Tried to order pizza for the family and after it took my card details the website froze. I called them direct as the money had been taken from my account and they said that unfortunately the order had not gone through but they had spoken to foodhub who run there website and promised a refund would go into my account. They wanted me to pay again for my order which fortunately I was not willing to do, a week later they have still not refunded me and will now have to go through my bank to get this refund.
