We wanted parathas, found this place. We ordered 2 alloo parathas, 2 gobi, 1 mixed, khari, saag, raita and plain yoghurt. We asked for the table to be cleaned and sat down. I asked for napkins and cups for the water. These never appeared. We helped ourselves to blue roll on the next table. The saag and khari came first with 2 parathas. Which I thought was odd, shouldn't yoghurt come out with them? We waited for the yoghurt which finally arrived with the other parathas. The first had gone cold by now. Each parathas had alot of butter on it. Butter in saag and butter in khari!! Food is amazing. Service is scattered. Actual restaurant cramped. No toilet. Had to ask where to wash hands and server wasn't sure and went to look. Found it and told us. They seems to be very erratic and lost. It's ok for food. But I wouldn't return. Total cost with 2 cans of coke £30. Which isn't bad. Just the service is bad, no toilet and restaurant looks tacky
We did ask the other couple did!!! I heard!! Everything still stands and you still charged us for 2 cokes despite a sign saying if you leave a review. Free can!
Amazing how quick you...
Read moreHave popped in here a few times now as the food is just delicious! Their street food chaat is a must try! They have 3 types and I had to keep coming back till I had tried them all. Also bought a box of mixed bharfi and that was soon gone when I went home. The flavours seemed a little muted but I liked how it wasn't sickly sweet like other places. Now if we are just talking food, I'd give this place 5 stars. But over all it gets 3. Service isn't the best as there can be people buzzing about but no one to take your order. Their English isn't fluent so it can take a while to get your point across. Service with a smile, you can forget about that. Sometimes you'll wait 5 mins and your food is out, other times it's 15 mins. Either way, the food is worth waiting for. On a side note there is limited parking out the front (for free) but it's only meant to be for 20 mins. The prices are not bad at all. As I can fill my belly for a fiver! Great for vegetarians as its all vegetarian! All in all, good food but service needs...
Read moreAmazing service provided by Lovely sweet center Starting from design selection, getting the best flavour, customization etc. They are really co-operative with the customers and their demands. Now coming onto the flavour part, I ordered strawberry & mango jelly cake on lohri function which tasted dainty. Everyone loved the flavour. And they made exactly the same look that i wanted. They took care of every single thing that i told them. They also have a wide selection of customised cakes at a very reasonable price. And I also appreciate the taste of chole bature which is same like indian street food with same taste nd same look and extra stuff as well. This tasty dish is accompanied by pickles, onions, mint chutney and a glass of lassi. Whenever I have cravings to eat typically indian style food then I choose lovely s food which is really best in Walsall.so there is no need to go anywhere else except ths shop.I strongly recommend everybody to visit ths shop nd enjoy this...
