So where do I start???? The temperature was freezing as we were sat by the door so we asked to move. That seat wasn't much better as it was under the freezing cold aircon!!! We asked to have it switched off....nope!! We waited 35 mins for starters. We then had our mains at 750pm. We were there at 645pm. We had to ask for the mai twice. When one of the meals came it was stone cold!! It was a carbonarra without any sauce and drier than a slab of weetabix!!!! We asked for another one and that was slightly better but we had no choice but to eat as we had the escape room booked at 830pm!! The waiter did his best and bless him he seemed nervous when we complained!! Not once did any of the management team come and apologise. We were offered desserts but as I mentioned, we had to go. This was supposed to be a lovely birthday meal but the food tarnished it a little (to make it worse it was the birthday girl that ordered the stone cold dry carbonarra). There were no more than 8-9 tables (including us) so I can't see why a member of the management couldn't come and apologise?? 10% off the bill is disgusting if I'm honest. Had we had desserts it would have been more than 10%!!! We haven't been in 5 years since my wife had a beef lasagna served instead of chicken!!! You might not be bothered Bella Italia but we are as we paid over £100 for cold food!!!
