Arrived late evening around 8:30pm, calm atmosphere can’t complain about that. Staff seemed friendly enough, professionalism I’m not so sure of walking through the pub, and standing at the end of the bar on their phones? Our bar server (unsure of his name) was very polite, perfect fit for front of house, advised through the cocktail menu to help us find what we were looking for. We ordered a small meal each - unfortunately mine had a black, sticky consistency over one of my sides. It was also discoloured as you can see, being understanding that sometimes these things can happen I had to wait around 15 minutes to find a server that could help me. I wasn’t offered a replacement however was offered a refund straight away. I was shocked to hear that this happens when ‘food has been sitting there in the kitchen all day’. I cannot say that after this comment I will be eating here again, as someone who works around the catering and hospitality industry to a high standard within silver service it is quite scary to think how long our food must have been pre made for, whether correct procedures are followed within this kitchen regarding food handling and prep timing? I am still unsure as to what this consistency could have been, but clearly either a form of cross contamination or incorrectly held and handled food. However, on the positive, despite this disappointment we was happy with the atmosphere and enjoyed our drinks.

Ok it's clean and friendly, the staff I interacted with were super nice. Probably best to bring maybe younger kids?? I'd say it's like an upmarket Wetherspoons but I tried a few draught beers like old speckled hen and Greeneking IPA and they didn't taste good. The food was pretty dreadful if I'm honest. Tasted like from frozen to microwave and the word Dreadful pretty much sums it up. I certainly wouldn't take any leftover meat home for my dog and there was a lot we didn't eat. I've given 3stars for the whole place but I would only give 1 star for the food.

We went to have breakfast with Santa. It was so lovely. My 8 year old grandson loved every minute. He did lots of crafts and the elves were brilliant. The kids cooked breakfast was bigger than it says on the menu. Then he saw santa and had a good chat to him. My 7 month and 5 month old grandchildren then went to see santa. Unfortunately my 4 yo grandson who is autistic has been poorly with tonsillitis and didn't want to get out of the highchair 😔. All in all a great day and it was made so magical by all the staff, oops sorry, the elves and Santa

Tried this pub for the first time today after seeing a sign out front for a family of 4 eating for £15! As expected it was a limited adult menu included in the offer, but for the children it was anything on the child's menu which is a great value! We were happy with the service, the place was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was not hot, but it was tasty and of decent quality considering the price. The deal also included a massive ice cream sundae to split with your family. Overall we were pleasantly surprised with the meal.

Very nice place to Eat and drink with reasonable prices and a good selection. Myself and my wife and daughter visited and enjoyed a nice fish and chips each, which was served very quickly and piping hot. We all enjoyed our meals, as we have done on previous visits. Speed of service was great, and all meals and drinks arrived quickly and staff were all polite and professional. I would recommend this venue for a visit as i have been pleased with the service and the quality of food which has a variety available to suit most tastes.
