Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Warwick

Popped in for breakfast today - coffee (for me), water and toast (for my toddler).

Staff very helpful, bringing coffee to table, moving chair to fit in a high chair. Nearly finished, when I turned to grab some wipes from the pushchair and my toddler grabbed the table, pushing it forward, and letting me turn just in time to see my coffee sail gracefully onto the floor, leaving the last few sips of coffee, and broken cup, all over the floor 😮

Chap behind the counter came straight over, and said not too worry about it at all, and got it all cleaned up so quickly while reassuring us it wasn't a problem - and that they probably broke my cups than that each day anyway. My toddler had a startled look at first, but quickly started smiling when it was clear it was all ok.

Just wanted to relay this very positive experience, thanks to those members of...

I love this place and I'm saddened that I'm rating it 2 stars ..... I have been going here for a while and stopped a few months ago, the staff are great and always really nice... I normally get a large cappuccino extra shot... few months ago just before I stopped going I spoke out and told a trainee that he keeps making my large less then half a cup... it was topped up that morning but I have experienced this with just one of the trainee over a period of time, but it kept happening.... and I thought let's try again after 10 week gap and guess what I got my coffee I got back to work to find less then half in my large coffee again.. this is my favourite coffee shop and the fact I have been going here for years and now I'm looking for...

Convenient location and I enjoy cafe Nero drinks HOWEVER some of the staff, especially the manager are really rude and not welcoming at all. The cafe is never cleaned properly. I ordered a click and collect order and had to wait 18 minutes when I arrived at the cafe. I asked the manager after 5 minutes where my order was and she rolled her eyes, passed a slip of paper to her colleague and then went and sat in the back room and started drinking a coffee!! No apology or nothing! I had 2 kids waiting in the car so was not happy. If your running behind you should help your staff. Unfortunately this isn't the first experience of rudeness from the upper level staff and I won't be returning to this...
