Greggs — Restaurant in Warwick

This morning around 7:10 am I had a terrible experience from an individual working in the store. I wanted to use O2 Priority rewards to redeem cheese and onion bake. It clearly states in the terms and conditions that the offer is eligible for it. However I was denied even after I showed the terms and conditions to her. I was initially being served by a young man and during the service she took over, forcibly interrupting the conversation/service. I must say most employees at this store are absolutely lovely, and every time they make my day. However, this incident with that individual is not the first time. In 2 other occasions I have been denied/argued when redeeming rewards by that particular individual. Embarrassing me infront of other customers is disgusting. I must say as a customer I expect a great service regardless of whether I am paying by cash or vouchers/rewards and I was really hurt when I was given petty excuses despite the terms and conditions agreeing to what I claimed for, when trying to redeem reward which would have served as my breakfast/lunch for the...

Popped in for a quick donut yesterday which was fine. As I walked in a manager I’m assuming, was telling off a young employee for looking at his phone. Of course that’s the role of a manager but the way it was done was not ok! She shouted at him and ridiculed him in a way that made everyone uncomfortable, demanded his phone and said he couldn’t have it back until the end of the day. I wouldn’t usually write a review for something like this but the young employee seemed shy and like they wouldn’t stand up for themselves and I felt bad for not saying something at the time. Greggs is my all time favourite stop for a quick bite. Though you can surely enjoy their sandwiches n donuts in any of their cozy outlets, but i generally prefer this whenever I am in hurry I just grab a ham n cheese toastie and a coffee. I love their sausage rolls n ham cheese toasties, my hands pick them without a doubt and just to complete my snack deal I pick those jam donuts. The morning walks to college or train stations are complimented by biting in your donut n sipping in your coffee with your favourite playlist. Greggs you are a saviour.
