I recently went to this subway and was impressed by both the staff and their performance. I ordered a very large meal with a drink and I was surprised by how quickly it was made, I think the guy who made it was called Elvio. Although it was busy during the lunch rush he was able to get my order handled without any problems.
Whilst there was the brief wait for my subway meal, I took a detour to the toilets and I must say. Usually toilets at places like these aren't very clean. Not so say they are downright dirty, but usually you can just feel the uncleanliness. But this Subway was different. I can tell that whoever runs this Subway runs a very tight ship and doesn't slack on his duties.
When I am next in the area I must visit this Subway. That Elvio gentlemen seemed like a very nice person with a warm smile and a happy hello. I also ordered a drink and a small desert as I was rather hungry at the time and ate inside, 10/10...

The manager came out, interrupted the order to belittle her staff in front of me, which was embarrassing. The manager then proceeded to storming off to the back room grunting and sitting on her phone. Unbelievable.
Sub way nice. Wedges were partially cooked and they did not have seasoning or a dip, so had to ask twice.
I was repeatedly asked if I ordered regular or large wedges, even despite explaining that these were part of the upgrade.
The communication is poor and it was very difficult to understand a lot of the staff members; not ideal when you're ordering several items.

He ensures that proper standards are in place and treats his staff accordingly and is not afraid to speak out his mind in a sensible and mature manner. Making sure that his upper management are aware of how to make things better for both the customer and staff. As well as that he ensures to deal with and rude customers in an appropriate manner and any conflict he must deal with is not his fault and as such it ensures we have a decent class of customers entering the store and enjoying a properly...
