First time in Lemington Spa my husband went in to get me a latte to be ignored for a while as the manager was too busy chatting when he finally got aknoledged and asked for child's temperature to which the assistant manager called floris was extremely rude and said you want it Childs temp what is wrong with normal temp what's the point I have my own reasons for having it that temperature and it is none of his business the other staff were extremely rude also by swearing at customers when asking if there was any jobs going by another customer to be told NO and to f off I have never been to a costa with such poor service I am a regular with costa getting them from all over the place and am always greeted politely but here was absolutely atrocious and he is the assistant manager he needs training on...

Just today I ordered a drink with skimmed milk, you can clearly see in and the guy made it with blue whole milk. I asked the girl at the window to double check if it was skimmed, didn’t even bother to look round and ask, just said yes and looked at me like I had caused her the most inconvenience in the world. Poor customer service and it’s not the 1st time I’ve suspected they’ve done this.
