Viallis Fast Food — Restaurant in Warwick

Placed an order over the phone at 12:10pm for a cheese n chips. Arrived and collected order and returned home within ten-15 mins of phone call as I live round the corner. When I got home the chilli sauce and mayo i asked for wasn't on(thier chilli sauce is the only reason i get this as the fries aren't great quality) and the whole dish has solidified into one massive cheesy chip brick. Called up and spoke with the lad who took down the single item order wrong and was promised another one when I was next in. Went in today to grab the promised replacement and told that it was a week ago and I could be lying. Rather than checking with his boss and the owner who wheresat out front having a smoke he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders. I'm done with this place 20 years of hit n miss service and food but now I'm officially done. If this was at night I could understand but to mess up a one item order during the day while its dead just screams...

I’ve only been once so this may be a premature evaluation of this place as a whole. That being said I ordered chicken and chips, the chips, amazing, the chicken, not so much. The meal came beautify in a lovely cardboard chicken box, standard, and the chips where perfectly salted and I was even given free sweet chilli free of charge! However when it came time to eat the chicken it was a different story. I took one bite and it hit me for 6. The chicken name dropped me in a drill song, I was finished. The chicken I ate deffo had a sore throat and a raspy cough when it died because it was crazy dry. I suggest some e45 cream or moisturiser at least 2 times a day to help with what ever boss man has going on behind the till. That being said whilst eating my meal I dropped my phone in a puddle of water, instead of putting it in rice I put it with the chicken and it was dry in record time! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 like I said chips...

Vialli’s is one of those places you always end up at after a night out — and for good reason. The food is tasty, filling, and exactly what you need when you’re hungry. I got a chicken doner with chips and garlic mayo, and it was honestly really good. The chicken was soft and full of flavour, and the chips were nice and crispy.

The staff are always friendly and quick, even when it’s busy, and the prices are decent for how much food you get. It can get quite packed at peak times, so you might wait a bit, but it’s worth it once the food comes out.

The shop itself is nothing fancy, but it’s clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. Overall, Vialli’s is a solid go-to kebab shop — perfect for grabbing food with mates or a quick stop on the way home....
