Otto Kitchen — Restaurant in Warwick

What can I say, WOW!!!!!! My husband and I visited Otto Kitchen last night and I have to say that the evening was spectacular. Not only was the food out of this world, we both had lamb, I had Adana and hubby had lamb kebab. The meat was juicy and melted in your mouth. This came with rice, bread and salad all presented so beautifully..

The wine really complemented the food, which prior bringing out the food we were given delicious meze to start.

The service was in my view 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Their attention to detail is sublime. I don’t have the words to explain how they made us feel, and this was not just us I could see that every table received the same experience. You feel like royalty in this restaurant. The deserts are heaven on a plate, I have to say one of the best baklava’s I have ever tasted, considering most of the baklava I have had in my life was in Gaziantep that is really saying something.

To top everything off. My husband and I bank with HSBC. And as some of you may have seen on twitter and in the news thousands of customers were left unable to pay for food shopping and meals out last night as the whole of HSBCs systems went dow for three and a half hours, obviously after having an experience of a lifetime in this gorgeous restaurant. My husband and I were left very red faced when both of our cards were declined when trying to pay the bill.

The staff and owner were soooooo kind, gracious, understanding. I have been reading the stories on twitter and the news of how customers had been treated in other restaurants. This was not our experience here, they said don’t worry come back in the morning it’s not a problem. Luckily we were able to access a cash machine close by.

I cannot compliment this restaurant enough. Really really wonderful people, great food, excellent service. Friendly welcoming and beautifully set out.

We had a brilliant evening at Otto's celebrating two 60th birthdays. We ordered off the set menu which is a really reasonably priced choice that gave us loads of varied and tasty starters brought to the table, and everyone ordering their own main and dessert. Everyone enjoyed the food and the portion sizes were certainly big enough! Given the birthday celebrations we had brought our own birthday cake to come out with the desserts and were completely taken aback at the amazing sparklers, music and dimmed lights that accompanied the cake being delivered to the table in a party atmosphere. It was absolutely brilliant and made the night causing so many laughs. All the staff were extremely attentive and kind throughout the evening, taking extra special care of the young toddler we had on the table (who was delivered ice cream without us even asking, high fives and lots of smiles). At the end of the evening the staff continued to show care and attention helping with pictures to help us remember the evening and gifting us a bottle of wine to mark the birthday. We can't thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to make the evening so memorable and will be back to...

We had the most exceptional evening last night. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was simply amazing. The service was outstanding – I haven’t experienced such high-quality, friendly, and well-organised staff in a long time. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, starting with a lovely prosecco and unexpected little extras throughout the meal. There was a vibrant atmosphere, lots of people being made a fuss of for their birthday which was lovely to join in with, and live music on top. We felt very relaxed and not rushed through on a two-hour window like many other places these days.

The cocktails were fantastic, and the Turkish wine I ordered was absolutely delicious. As for the food – wow! There was so much of it, and it was so incredible that you just couldn’t stop eating, even when you were full! We were a group of eight parents celebrating a birthday, a rare night out for all of us, and the experience did not disappoint. When you make the effort to organise babysitters, you hope for a memorable evening – and Otto absolutely delivered. We won’t forget this night and can't wait to return for the next...
