Domino's Pizza - Uckfield — Restaurant in Wealden

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! Received the text at 19:05 saying pizza has left the store, arrived at 19:30! (Bearing in mind I live 2 minute drive from the store) When I opened the door he had the pizza out the box, I took it, opened the box to check it, looked up and he'd gone! By the time I'd had 2 slices it was cold (didn't really care as was hungry) and (bearing in mind again that I didn't want a free pizza or replacement or anything) if he hadn't of vanished I would have sent it back. We all know how annoying it is when your food turns up cold? After phoning the store to simply inform the manager of the service I was greeted by an abusive voice which wouldn't shut up and wouldn't let me talk and basically called me a liar!!!!! I was now 20 times more annoyed!!! I'm writing a letter to the relevant people and reviewing this everywhere I can. Small order of pizza and two sides placed through app. Waited over an hour and a half for delivery for the order to be stone cold and incorrect. Tried to call multiple times to check on order but no answer on phone so can’t communicate with them, so couldn’t get a resolution on wrong order. Terrible, will never order again, recommend go to La Stalla Pizzeria in Uckfield instead, much better customer service and food. EDIT: Dominos got in touch after I contacted them, no explanation as to not being able to contact store or apology for cold food, just a small partial refund for mix up on order. EDIT 2: Tried Dominos again 3 months later and still awful service, they still don’t answer the phone and food took over an hour and a half to get here even though we now have to pay...

Pre-ordered 2 hours before the choosen time slot. Food never arrived. Phoned the store and was told the order had been received but they had no idea why it was not delivered. Eventually spoke to the manager who could barely speak English, he made some excuse about his driver.
