Disappointing Experience at KFC

I recently visited my local KFC restaurant, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. It was a complete letdown from start to finish, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.

First off, the service was shockingly poor. The staff members seemed careless and disengaged, paying little attention to customers and their needs. Not only were they slow in taking orders, but they also got them wrong multiple times. It was frustrating to see such incompetence and lack of attention to detail.

Moving on to the food, it was far from satisfactory. The chicken was overcooked and dry, lacking the juiciness and tenderness that one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain. The flavor was bland and uninspiring, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Even the side dishes, such as the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, were lackluster and tasted like they had been prepared hours before.

Moreover, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were highly questionable. The dining area appeared dirty, with greasy tables and floors that hadn't been properly cleaned. It was an uncomfortable environment that made me question the overall sanitation practices of the restaurant.

To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the quality of food received. Paying a premium for subpar food is simply unacceptable. There are countless other fast-food options available that offer better quality at more reasonable prices.

Overall, my experience at KFC left me incredibly dissatisfied. The poor service, lackluster food, questionable cleanliness, and high prices make it impossible for me to recommend this particular KFC location. It was a regrettable visit that has certainly discouraged me from returning...

Ordered food today and been waiting patiently, finally our order number pop up the screen to collect, I’ve asked the 2 ladies in the counter (huddled together and chatting ) to collect my food and they told me its not for me its for the Deliveroo driver. So me and my son waited again, so when one member of staff came up to the till and asked what are we waiting for, I said well I guess our food!?! so cutting the story short they given our food in the Deliveroo driver!!

So we are standing there, my son is hungry and waiting for nothing, then the lady told me to wait for another further 20 minutes, also due to no more chickens left and to have a sit, The hell?! no chicken !?! seriously sit where?!? floors unswept, chairs and tables not cleaned, not even wiped down, disgusting and severely dissapointing service! How on earth you expect people to sit and enjoy their food?!

KFC Welwyn Garden City management you better sortout your staff, pay attention to detail and your service to your customers, seriously!

It needs an inspection.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this KFC branch in Welwyn Garden City. Two weeks ago, I visited the restaurant and was appalled by the behavior of the cashier. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, particularly towards customers who appeared to be overweight. I witnessed her raising her voice and speaking in an abrasive, condescending manner, which was not only unacceptable but also deeply offensive. No customer should be subjected to such treatment, especially in a hospitality setting where respect and professionalism should be paramount. This experience has completely deterred me from ever returning to this establishment, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
