Usually really enjoy this place. Ordered from just eat today and it was terrible. The salt beef box was shocking....90% shredded lettuce and about 3 pieces of beef. Counted about 3 pieces of cucumber and some red onion it was pathetic really and for 8 quid....I can get cheaper salad boxes which Inc cabbage spinach pasta etc and a bit of mayo or something. The tuna melt wasn't a melt the cheese wasn't melted at all....and on top of that my "soup" had about 3 lumps of whole brocoli in it which I nearly choked on..shocker really.

We visit this place for second time and our experience are good. We order 2 breafast bagels and 2 giant cookies. Bagels taste very good just lack of communication when lady was making our custom bagel. Things end up in the wrong bagel. But the giant cookies taste very good too. Nice and soft on the inside. We like this place. They have good price for very good and fresh food.

The service was excellent, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Had a breakfast stack, which was very good indeed and perfect for lining the stomach before a heavy afternoon and evening in Liverpool! Will definitely eat from here again.

Visited for the first time in the last week of November 2018. It wasn't a planned visit but the promise of a fresh bagel and coffee drew me closer, it was then that I could see through the window that someone was actually making bagels right there and then. You can eat in or take out, but seating is limited to high stools. I had a bagel with BLT to eat in, and I was not disappointed. Wraps are available for people who want something lighter. Bagels are available in many flavours including jalapenos, onion, cheese and even multi coloured bagels. Being made fresh that day, made a huge difference to the store bought ones. Coffee is bean to cup and at the time of writing it's only £1!! Various fillings are available and are seasonal (Turkey, stuffing and cranberry for example), and bagels and home made cakes are available to take home. You could get a wheelchair in through the door but there isn't any tables for them. This place is undoubtedly a little gem and is a welcome addition to the town and a far cry from the upscale chains. I will...

I've been here twice. The bagels are made fresh and the quality of the food is good, however, the staff really let the place down. First time I visited I asked for a toasted bagel and my bagel was forgotten about. It sat at the back of the kitchen and by the time I recieved it there really wasn't much of a point in asking to toast it as it was almost cold. The second time I asked for a bagel with salt beef and cheese. The young girl serving me didn't offer me a choice of which bagel I would like, didn't put cheese on it and the entire time I felt I was annoying her just for placing an order. It's a shame as the food is nice but atmosphere is terrible, to be honest, especially when it's only the...
