Soul Cafe Bar — Restaurant in West Lancashire

The place| Flavours cafe is located in Ormskirk town. The decor is almost like a 70s café ( am sure I've seen a cafe that looked like this in a movie before ), very vivid with light and dark blues and a bit of burgundy😍 they have an outdoors and indoors seating area. The place is full of life and I love that the walls have mirror frames everywhere and just pretty sayings all around and cool and cute art ❤️

The staff| The waitress Flavia was lovely and super friendly. Always attentive and alert when we needed something.

Food and drinks| The food was nice and fresh. On the menu they have Burgers 🍔 Wraps 🫔 Fish 🐟 and Chips 🍟 Omelettes 🥚 etc and for drinks they have Milkshakes, coffees and lots of soft and fizzy drinks 2.

We had fish and chips 🤤🤩 burger and chips 🤤🤩 and fizzy drinks ( although after I ordered all I wanted was a milkshake as they looked amazing 🤩)

Overall| We had a lovely time, we enjoyed our food and the service was great ❤️🥰

This place is really nice and clean, the staff are polite and friendly, but I'm afraid that's the only positives I have. I found the service very poor, a shame really because the staff are very nice. The food was overpriced for what it was. I got the full breakfast, some of it was ok, but the mushrooms, bacon and black pudding were over cooked and were like rubber. The latte was average. The drinks came out a long time before the food, the wait for food was unacceptable considering it wasn't very busy. I was asked if I'd like sauce with my food, I said yes and then the server got side tracked so I never received it. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I have no choice, I'm sorry, this was the first and last time I'll be eating here. The quality of the food, the waiting times and the lack of attentiveness from the staff ruined the whole...

My daughter moved here 3weeks ago .We called in at the Soul Cafe .Ordered Breakfast .Right away Lucy served up with a massive big smile so helpful and basically amazing .The food and coffee arrived it was so tasty and definitely value for money .Also spoke to Tye hope I've spelt his name right .Between Lucy and Tye their customer service friendliness absolutely lovely nature of them was 100percent the obvious care about their Jobs so here's to you Lucy I said I wouldn't forget your name as my Grandaughter has the same name.And here is to you Tye absolutely credit to Soul Cafe .Can't wait for our...
