Costa Coffee — Restaurant in West Suffolk

The worst Costa ever, dirty shop, unwelcoming staff and cold drinks pouring down the sides of dirty cups, dirty tables not wiped down from the night before, I visit alot of Costa's on my travels and the Bury and Sudbury ones are amazing with great staff!!! But this one was sadly the worst... I hate leaving bad reviews especially for a Costa as I'm a huge fan of the chain but sorry guys if you dont want to work with the public and take a pride in your job dont do it simples.... theres plenty of other jobs out there that you may be...

There was a big sign out the front advertising a bacon roll for 1£ before 11am with a coffee. So against my better judgement I decided to have an average coffe and get the roll for my hungry 2.5 yro it was 10am. When I go to order I am told that they don't have bacon rolls!! I wanted to walk about but with a hungry toddler that wasn't happening so got a coffee and a sausage bap wich they dint even honer the bacon deal as a substitute. I feel ripped off with false bate...

This is my ultimate favourite costa , despite there being ongoing problems with the toilets & not been able to dine in , Tracey the manager is amazing and very apologetic towards people who have issues , this is not the staffs problems but being a loyal customer I’ll endeavour to continue to use this store , sort it out costa this store...
