Pizza Mama Mia — Restaurant in West Suffolk

Wife brought food from here for 60 pounds she got a really nice salad she ordered from here again but the order was only 25 pounds she ordered the same salad as last time but for some reason she had salad cream on it rather than the salad dressing she got on it last time. Her potato wedges were re heated rather than cooked fresh and the inside of the foam tub had melted on to her potato's. I don't know if someone else made the food the first time because it was awesome and the order was fast warm we had no complaints with it but the second time the food had been rushed so some potatoes were undercooked and some were over cooked and tasted like reheated chips. From the get go ordering food, guy on the other end was rude, then waited and hour and 15mins, had to phone them, the kebab turned up, opened it and was wrong, ordered an extra large chicken kebab with chilli and garlic sauce, got a large chicken kebab with no sauce, phoned and was told they would bring the sauce in 10mins once the kebab was cold, no apology and its not the first time its happened, i let it slide the other times but tonight really wound me up with the rudeness, small town, hardly any kebab shops about so my guess is they dont really care...

Failed to deliver pizza to hospital and stated they called 20 times and waited an hour to deliver. There is 1 entrance to west suffolk hospital during the period of delivery. Did not come in. Claims they sat for 1 hour waiting. Will not refund and told me to call the police. We were on a 12hour shift in a busy department and there the whole time. PayPal will resolve but shocking attitude and care and no reason they couldn't drop the pizza in the front door where stagg are sat 24hrs. No missed calls. Even states to call...
