Ormonde Table Table — Restaurant in West Suffolk

We booked a table for lunch. When we arrived there was no one around. After a minute or so we could then see two staff who were serving other people (this was no issue). Whilst pouring a drink, one of the staff saw us. We thought it might not be much longer as she had seen us, and by this point we had been waiting about 8 ish minutes standing in the doorway. After she finished serving, the staff member then walked over to a table to clear it, very slowly. To give you the full picture here, there were many, many empty clean tables available. Also, regardless, it's flat out rude to not even acknowledge our existence! A table can wait, you should sit your customers first! She definitely saw us as she stared right at us, but then chose to ignore us. That was shocking service. Prior to us arriving we had called them to change the time of our booking (originally planned for 4pm, moving to 1:30, and we called in the morning). The woman on the phone was very rude!

When we realised we werent going to be served any time soon, we left and went to Prezzo next door which was wonderful. Will never bother with the Table Table again!

Was originally turned away even though a table had been pre booked and double checked 3 times. Said there was no free tables...there were two people in the whole of the restaurant. Eventually after complaining to the manager we were seated. Food orders were extremely slow with half of the meals already eaten by the time the others arrived, this included 4 children that really should have been prioritised over the adults so this caused some very unhappy little boys. After the food was delivered, we then waited what seemed like forever for the table to be cleared and for dessert choices to be taken. When the desserts arrived one had been forgotten and one ice-cream sundae was returned. Again, when asking for the bill it took 2 requests and still we had to go up again before it was provided. All in all we were extremely dissatisfied with our experience today and will definitely think again before...

Were the only ones there, had still waited 11 minutes to have order taken. They weren't aware we had reservations, luckily I had screenshotted our reservation. Food was bland, only one napkin per person. The ketchup provided was more like taco sauce.

The person that seated us seamed to have an attitude the whole time, however the person that brought us our drinks and the person that brought us our food were pleasent.

We ordered something off an advertisement that we had just recently receive, when we were told that they were not yet selling that. How are you going to advertise it if you are not selling it?

Food was a little overpriced.
