A decent enough place, with okay-ish food, but not great. The staff are all lovely and friendly and you get good service. We had the shared starter platter, which includes spring rolls, chicken, satay, ribs and fishcakes. As a starter, it was all pretty tasty and enjoyable, but the mains not so great, the red Thai curry with chicken had far too much chicken. That seems to be a strange complaint, but you just can’t eat such a large quantity and it’s a waste. I had the pork belly which was okay and nothing more. The pork was cut up into small pieces which had become a bit dry and chewy. Otherwise everything was okay, good atmosphere and it’s definitely worth a visit - we would come again.

Authentic Thai food We ordered a papaya salad, and Tom yum goong soup to start with, followed by green curry with rice and pad see ew with King Prawn, everything was so delicious from start to finish. Expect the depth of spiciness (or you may indicate “milder” when you order) but everything taste so nice! Reasonably priced, Highly recommend! Good location, good ambience and close to high street for convenience.

Ordered a take away so cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. The food was probably the worst Thai I have had. The chicken was like rubber with the consistency of tofu and has definitely come in pre cut and frozen. The taste of the panang sauce was nice just unfortunately the pad ka pao was extremely salty and not much flavour. Would not order again because of this.

We called to book a work lunch for 10 people and asked if we could pre-order the food so it was ready when we arrived as we didn't have much time. They advised us to email over the order which we did after calling a second time to get the lunch menu and again confirm the timing of the table, and all was ok - or so we thought. We arrive for our 12.15pm booking to be told the food is ready but to take out as they hadn't understood it was a booking for a table. The woman behind the bar seemed quite upset and apologised to us a lot to be fair initially saying she hadn't been well and was sorry for the mix-up. They were very busy but there was one table with a reserved sign that was empty so we asked if the food was ready if we could just sit and eat it there so it wasn't getting cold, but it just seemed like a big inconvenience to them as they had to get some more chairs - 10 of us squished around a table fit for 6 max. Once we sat, the owner then came over and said 'Did you actually call to book a table?' and we said yes, his attitude was very patronising and rude to be honest, saying yes but you sent an email and we don't take bookings on email and I said we only emailed the order to pre-order it, we had called twice actually and he just walked off whilst I was mid-sentence muttering under his breath. To be honest, had no idea he was even the owner, he just turned up with his coat still on looking like he was on a hard come-down and had no idea what day it was. The food that was ready then took 15 mins to come out, so most of it was not that warm. It was very tasty on the most part though. We asked for the bill and they'd stuck a 10% service charge on it...!!! So one of our group went up to ask to take that off as well cheeky tbh and when we said why should we pay this when the whole thing was just an inconvenience, the owner again popped up with nothing but sarcasm 'not really an inconvenience is it' and generally just gave off real hostile vibes. The mistake of not booking the table, not really the issue, things happen, we get it. It was the pure lack of care or want to try and fix it for us, just the shrug off of ah well, can't do anything for you and then the insinuation we had messed up by not booking a table cos we didn't call - how do you think we got the email address to send the preorder...! Just felt like they didn't really give a rat's squidgy bits on their mess up. Rest of staff really nice, but the owner needs some training on how not to be a knob....

The food was ok, but not mind blowing. The service was terrible. We were rushed and pushed from beginning without an explanation. We had the table booked by phone the day before and no mention of a time limit was given. In less than one hour we had the starters and main on the table and plates taken away the moment you had the fork down. The bill was thrown on the table while the plates were taken. No words from the waiter, just shoved in our face. Nobody asked if we are ready or if we want anything else, not even a drink. Even a fast food would be slower than this. When we said we aren't ready for the bill the waiter said that they need the table. No excuse. No explanation. We just felt pushed and rushed and completely ignored, except for taking our money. Never seen this in my life and I ate in very crowded touristic places - not the case for Newmarket. Needles to say we...

I like their food and because of my health issues they’re an ideal place for me to find gluten free and dairy food that I can find in our area. Today I called them at 20.15 to order dinner and they told me they were closing and that they won’t take any orders. It says they close at 21.00 so I thought that would be enough time to make a small order. I called them again in a few minutes later to explain that I have health issues and they’re the only place I could get food from and that it was a small order. The second person I talked to was not nice to me at all and it really upset me. They didn’t even try to help me by asking the chef if that was possible. Food service and industry is something that requires sensitivity and understanding, not see their guests as customers but as their guests. Yes the food is good, but maybe have employees with better attitude and...
