Many times I order from subway, many times they make mistakes and many times I forgive but this is where I draw the line. I order food on justeat(won't allow me to review it there), order goes through and over an hour past the delivery time it states "enjoy your food" okay, maybe they're around the corner, cool. No, I have to call the restaurant and they tell me "it was delivered to someone else", that is absolutely NOT okay. I'm waiting for food to get here and get zero notification that they made a mistake until I call THEM. They either need to write addresses on bags, names or SOMETHING to get this problem fixed because now I have to wait additional time to get the right food. This will not stand

The food can only be described as sweaty greasy disgustingness the temperature in the facility itself is sweltering making for an incredibly unpleasant and uncomfortable wait whilst the gloveless men smash together the room temperature ingredients into a ‘6 inch’ peice of bread , which was not 6 inches , was smaller than what is was meant to be. I used to love Subway but since I moved to Newmarket, it's been one massive disappointment and awkwardness. If there are five guys at the counter and I still have to wait ten minutes before Captain Unorganised and Slowengers serve two, two people with one sandwich each before me, I seriously don't understand how this franchise can run.
