Wow! What a difference a week makes!

The new Landlady and Landlord have really turned the place around and breathed new life into it. The staff are really friendly and warm to everyone who comes in and everything is so clean. Truly the heart of the community. The dog and child friendly beer garden is large enough for the kids to run around and let off some steam whilst the mums can unwind, enjoying a nice crisp glass of wine on a sunny day. There is live music, karaoke, a jukebox, a pool table and the new dart board looks amazing.

The Landlady and Landlord have plans of more improvements to come, so...

Brilliant! We had our car ran into today outside the pub by a very careless driver and the pub was to our rescue. Just to say a big thanks to everyone for being really kind and giving our kids a drink and somewhere warm to sit while we sorted the car out. The staff and customers we're amazing and the pub is lovely and welcoming...they let dogs too in which is great. Will definitely go back for a few drinks soon...don't have to worry about driving now my...

Called in the pub hardly anyone in the place me and my son went to play pool the fire door to the smoking area was open with a nice breeze coming through. Then the landlord came down all bolshy and slammed the fire door I asked why has he done this and he said fire regulations. I am aware of the procedure and for him to be this way is beyond me I knew before he slammed the door shut. He needs a induction in customer services...
