Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wigan

This is referring to the drive thru and not the one in next.... After ordering two drinks & 2 sandwiches & a chocolate the prices of the sandwiches went down 1/2 price within 5 minutes of my wife & I sitting down. The sandwiches was dated the 27 /09/17 the same date I was there. The manager stated when asked if I could also have the discount she told me only after 12 pm it was 12 21 when I was served so I again asked with the reciept in my hand she then told me i couldnt have my sandwiches discounted has they are only suppose to do it 2 hours before closing... Other staff where polite & had no issues with BUT being lied to by the manager is disgusting... Value would have been...

I visited the Costa cafe within Next last week. An elderly couple with 3 old scruffy looking dogs came into the cafe. The couple were asked to leave, which I am in agreement with, dogs should not be in a food establishment or brushing against the clothes in store. The lady was giving the barista a hard time about being asked to leave. There is another Costa a couple of hundred yards away, with outside seating where the dogs would surely be much more...
