Very packed at drive in around 5-7pm. I mean, a lot of cars! Would avoid at these times. Five people are allowed inside to pick up food due to Covid restrictions. I didn't see any hand sanitizer on way out the door. But I was in a rush. So might be? The prices has gone up, the quality of food gone down and the portion size. Fries are always terrible. Literally pick through them trying to find one without ' black eyes' in them or dodgy looking ones. Had a portion of 12 fries on on occasion. Used to be ok place. But definitely quality and quantity of food gone down as late. Ok we have Covid. But that shouldn't effect the food. Staff polite. Saying that, had a problem with the App one occasion. Was kept waiting more than half hour if not more to get a very small order for 2 people. Won't use the App again? Not became of error. Buy the length of time kept waiting. I have a disability and find hard to stand having suffered 2 Strokes. My leg was so aching the whole next day. Staff knew we was waiting. Everyone was being served before us with huge orders on occasions! Really has put me off going. Wasn't offered a place to sit whilst waiting! Food is just typical KFC. Hot or not! But fries...

Too overly concerned with queuing rather than trying to actually serve people. At one point the person who should be serving was trying to get 5 people to queue, when there were only 2 people on the other side who had been served and were waiting for their order.
Then we got to the front was told he couldn't take our order because the Manager was to close as he was looking at an order near the till that they'd got wrong for another customer. This made no sense given there were 3 members of staff stood no more than 1m in distance from each other packing the orders and another behind them sorting the drinks.
They have no idea how to cope with the volume of Just Eats / Uber orders, when they're already 25 cars deep in the drive-thru and a shop with 5 people queuing and delivery drivers pushing to the front to get their orders completed.
Got our meals, which you always have to check before you leave as quite often they miss meals or get the order wrong. You never get more, funny how it's always less?!? Then had to return 2 of our large fries as they had only half filled them.

Read moreOrdered using uber eats this afternoon. How hard is it to remember the fries? I wouldn't mind, but this isn't even the first time. We have ordered a couple times before this; first time the missed several items from the order, and the second time we recieved somebody else's order entirely(this I can understand being more ubers fault than kfc in fairness). Unfortunately when ordering through uber, if there is an issue with the order, the restaurant won't even humour a phone call to try and fix the problem, "you'll have to contact uber" is their response. So not only do you not get what you ordered, you won't get it sent out after complaining, and you'll have to wait for uber to get back in touch with only the slightest possibility that you might get a refund. Don't seem to have this issue with any other orders on uber, just kfc. Every.single.time! So, will not be ordering anymore. Just had enough of being...
