Coffee Aroma — Restaurant in Wirral

Had these doing the meal for a golf dinner last night in Liverpool- supposed to be a carvery with a soup starter - the soup was from a packet, they brought it in cold bowls with a huge bread roll balancing on the edge of the bowl - no butter - soup was cold - when we complained the waitress said it was because it had been put in cold bowls - and took it away - didnt apologise or bring any thing else back. ';carvery' was awful - the boiled potatoes were those little ones out of a tin - the orast potatoes were the same ones just roasted!!! terrible meal, terrible service - will never be using them for...

Outstanding Business Lunch This week we have had a delicious and varied lunch brought on 3 consecutive days, each day different with one of our visitors citing " the best business lunch he has had for a very long time". Clare's idea to vary the menu each day was a winner! The food, savoury and sweet was delicious, obviously home made with crockery, cutlery, keeping warm facilities, napkins, and the empty plates were collected at the end of the day!. Lovely food, great value and Service with a Smile! Will definitely be using Coffee Aroma...

Clare at Cafe Aroma is outstanding. We organised a family get together at New Brighton Cricket & Bowling club 4th September and the customer care & service is amazing, nothing was too much trouble & it was like dealing with a trusted friend of many years - absolutely perfect. Mum & I cannot get over the amazing comments about the quality & variety of the food, and we agree it was absolutely delicious too. We wish you every success in your future. And yes we will be back Intouch as the family want to do it...
