Domino's Pizza - Birkenhead — Restaurant in Wirral

What awful food and customer service. I order from dominos in Upton whenever I fancy a dominos and tonight has just reminded me why I will continue to go back to them and not here. Half yes half of my pizza had hard cheese on. One half was melted and one was completely not! They also put tomato sauce on the base instead of bbq? I rang the shop to ask if I could have another pizza delivered and I would return the one we had. The response was terrible. Told me to ring head office as he “is not willing to send me another one out as it is impossible for one side of it to be melted and the other not” I said I understand this but it is and I will send you the pizzza back so you can see for your self. Still the same response. Will never be ordering from here...

Friend called and ordered pizzas at 18:55 for delivery, was told it would be with us in 45 mins. Awesome, just in time for kick-off, right?!? Wrong! Waited 1.5 hours, called (at half time) to check on progress to be told they had taken it as collection, apparently ordered as collection despite the fact the first thing said when calling was order for delivery, postcode taken and address checked before the order was even placed. Then told the order had been sat waiting and they would deliver that. A pizza that has been sat for an hour and a half. No thanks. Disgusting customer service. The moment my friend mentioned the delivery address he was put straight on to the manager, when does that ever happen UNLESS someone messed it all up! Will never order...

Placed an order online for collection. Was being finished as we arrived, or so they said! 30 minutes later and numerous times asking, we finally got our pizzas. They eventually admitted they had messed up with one pizza and it was being redone- which it wasn't. 3 made sat keeping 'warm' under the lights. The manager was rude and not willing to accept they had made a mistake. When we eventually got our 4 pizza the manager was heard saying what is their problem? When home, 3 pizza were only warm and now a little soggy and 1 was fresh and hot not what we would expect. Very poor service, staff - especially the manager wouldn't accept they made a mistake. Oh we did get offered a free bottle of pop! 4 hot pizza that we paid for would be...
