Visited Franklyns for the first time last night with my wife. Towards the end of the evening there was an incident between 2 groups of ladies. I believe a handbag had been stolen, perhaps some other items too. The security team were a disgrace. They handled the situation appallingly, they were abrupt, dismissive and awfully rude. We were shocked. If a member of my team behaved like that towards a paying customer who had been violated on my premises then they'd be furious. Read moreI went for a meal last week with a friend and next day when I checked my receipt I realised we had been charged for someone else's drinks as well as our own. I phoned Franklin's and spoke to Paddy the manager and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, to be honest I was expecting the bums rush as I suppose I should have queried the amount on the night, but I was way off the mark. I went today and was refunded the cost of the drinks we hadn't had AND I was given a £20 voucher as way of any apology.
