I’d give them 0 stars if I could! Been ordering from this dessert shop for a while never had an issue till I forgot to state what I wanted as a topping on a create your own crepe, I called them and spoke to a girl who didn’t speak any English whatsoever, she kept me on the phone reading out orders that had nothing to do with my order, I said I just wanna add Nutella it’s not complicated, she hung up on me so I called back and then a man answers who has some English but not great, he advises me to cancel the order which I went ahead and did, at no point was I informed that if I cancelled I would be charged fully for cancelling after the 5 minute grace period, I’ve been going back and forth between visa trying to get my money back as I felt scammed and still not had an outcome I am satisfied with, just eat are not helping in this matter as they believe the restaurant are more than entitled to this money due to me cancelling after the grace period, this happened in February baring in mind. AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT SUPPORT THESE...

Run by the sweetest people ever. They gave me a taste of their baklava and it was the best I’ve ever had. Crunchy on top layers. Warm n moist inside and the right amount of sweetness. You could taste the nuttiness and feel the layers crumble in your mouth....
