Magic Spices is the best Indian me and my partner have ever been too. We get such a warm welcome every time we enter from all the friendly staff, they are always amazing and very patient (especially as I'm so picky and swap and change my mind all the time). The food is always delicious, never had a bad meal here and we love that they can provide takeaways tubs to take what we don't finish home. Which happens every single time because the portions are huge haha. Well worth the money and such great prices. We always sit in the same booth as it's our favourite spot and they are always accommodating to this. We come once a year for our anniversary and they always make our experience so special. We live an hour away but it's 100% worth the travel. We're hoping to do more visits throughout the year with family too. I also want to mention the fact that the selection of food is amazing, something for everyone, and we noticed that there was a huge selection for Gluten Free foods, which is incredible. We have a few people in our family who are allergic to gluten and it's very difficult to find somewhere that caters for their needs, and if they do, there is hardly anything on the menu for them. Here there was loads of gluten free options, so I was really pleased to see that. Thank you to all at Magic Spices for making our experience so special every time. We are replying to some criticism we received for a bad post from last Friday! The people on the next table said we were loud, disrespectful and moaned to try to get money off our bill!! This was ABSOLUTELY not the case. We all found that none of our meals were up to scratch and felt we needed to share this. That is our right and what reviews are for!!! I had been before and recommended it to my friends so I was mortified it was so bad and one of the waiters was disrespectful to us because he had an extra meal we had not ordered but this was quickly sorted. We payed the bill in full and without question and were honest when asked for feedback as we left a lot of food! We asked had they been taken over or had a new chef as the food was so tasteless! Maybe we were unlucky but the experience will nit be repeated. He said he would tell the chef, we said we would post a review, there was no argument and we left amicably! Absolutely RUBBISH....Staff is RUDE, no professionalism at all....food was pathetic... Hygiene issues...plates and spoons were not cleaned properly. NO Clarity over veg and vegan options.When asked about vegetarian options to get clarity the Manager himself shouted and spoke rudely without giving clarity.When I politely asked about his name.....he asked Why would you want to know....and gave me a right or wrong name....LIZZY.... OLD man with no professionalism.

We went about 25 people including 12 kids. We had to struggle to settle kids as spaces were not aligned well within 5 mins the staff rudely spoke to us,When we asked if he could get chips for kids (as they were hungry) till we decide on our order, he said I will take the order togather. The food was tasteless and pathetic. Quanity was very very less per serving and quality of food was rubbish.

THINK TWICE before you enter the restaurant...Absolutely...
