Very nice subway. The girl on opening today was extremely nice, smiley and friendly. The subway is located in a nice shopping mall with nice shared public seating with views of the shopping mall where you can watch everyone doing there thing. At opening it was clean and tidy and looked inviting. They have a refillable drink machine which I like. Keep it up

Unfortunately discovered after eating the first half of my sandwich that the bread had mould on. I was able to get a full refund, and the man who served me was very apologetic about it.

It's been a hot, busy day, however business should not be an excuse for food hygiene to be overlooked.

Had no previous issues here so hopefully was just a fluke incident, will be careful to fully check my food in the...
