Burger King — Restaurant in Wirral

This, has to be the worse Burger King I've had the pleasure to visit. Burger King is the preferred choice as to the other place beginning with the letter "M". However, I was so so disappointed. The service is bad, the food is bad, and the waiting time for your order is so long. This is no joke !

There were no service whatsoever, as it was clearly understaffed, also, the counter staff were very under trained. They don't seemed to know how the system works. Around 20 odd mins waiting time. And around 20 orders queueing, I know, because they lay all the orders receipts on the counter!

But the quality of the food is so bad that it was the last straw. Definitely not worth the £10 per person per meal. This will be my first and last time I will go to this particular...

Ordered online after restaurant is closed. ( it is open for online orders) They should not offer this service. Ordered at half 7. Driver was "at the restaurant" for an hour and a half. Cancelled our order after 2 hours, if they'd done it earlier, we would of just gone elsewhere. I tried to ring them to see if anything was wrong, but they don't answer. Considering it is shut at night for customers, why would your online delivery at night, be worse, as you've got no drive through and no customers so you'd only be doing online orders. Just stop offering it if you can't actually fulfill it. Tend to get it fine, if you order earlier on. Maybe shut it when the restaurant shuts or put more effort into it for night...

Friendly staff, it was very busy and the service was quick. Unfortunately the chicken royale didn't live up to standards, the first one seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer too long.

I took it back and just asked for more mayonnaise as it was a little dry. The woman called to the back for a fresh one with extra mayo which I appreciated.

Got back to the table and again there wasn't much mayonnaise and the bun was super dry, didn't bother going back a third time.

The onion rings on the other hand were fresh and lovely and the kitkat...
