Terrible service/No plan B/Amateur restaurant. We booked this restaurant for Valentine’s Day for myself/wife/daughter. We arrived, ordered our drinks and asked what was the vegetarian option. Our drinks arrived and the waitress didn’t advise us of the Vegetarian option which we had previously requested so we had to ask again. Felt like she was not listening to us. When asked again she basically said there was no vegetarian option and the food should have been requested before hand as all the food is pre-prepared if that was the case I would never have booked this restaurant in the 1st place as I prefer fresh food. Then my wife asked for the child’s menu which we received a reply of “it’s Valentine’s Day there isn’t one” When I booked this restaurant not once does it state that kids where not catered for. Extremely poor set up and with no plan b or to try keep our custom they just let us leave. Will never return to this place. I have received better service at my local chip shop. My opinion is I Suggest your restaurant be more clear and precise with its instructions and to pre-judge against people with kids is just not on at all. Thanks for ruining our...

We booked here for Valentine’s Day myself, my husband and my daughter. We arrived to a slow start, we asked twice for the vegetarian menu to which we were informed we were supposed to have emailed to state vegetarian option required and that there was nothing available for a vegetarian as everything had been pre prepared. We then asked for child’s menu to be told it’s “Valentines Day” there is no child’s menu. Very disappointing to say the least, we left with no food and customer service was not great. Me and my partner love this place, love the concept of changing the menu every 6 to 8 weeks and having food from different countries makes each time we go different and enjoyable. The staff are great it’s an independent restaurant so not a large dinning room but decorated well and feels intimate. We have been a few times and the chef is great adapting to the different types of cuisines of different countries. My advice would be to pick one dish you know and another that you’ve never had before as it a great chance to try something new. Price wise it’s one of the best value for money places I’ve ever been.
