McDonald's — Restaurant in Woking

Extremely bad restaurant service.

I placed an order of 6 double sausage and egg muffin meal with this restaurant on 12/5/2021 and had one full meal missing. I rang the restaurant and spoke with the "Manager".. (a guy) He apologised though and told me to phone the restaurant and let anyone know immediately after I placed an order when next I do that, and that it will be added to my order. I placed another order of 8 of same meal again on 19/5/2021 and quickly gave them a ring to remind them to add my missing order from last week to this order, but they still didn't. This time, they only didn't add it, but they even mixed up all the drinks and missed another drink. I rang the restaurant again to complain, and spoke with a lady called ROZH. She apologised and gave me a reference number to quote when next I placed an order and even said I should mention her name and it will be replaced. Today being the 26/05/2021 I ordered 5 meals and even phoned the restaurant again and spoke to another lady and explained and explained, and I got my delivery again with drinks mixed up and nothing, but just a Latte. I phoned the restaurant up again, only for a very nasty lady to pick up the phone. A lady who knows it all, but actually knows nothing at all. She did not even care to hear, me out, but just kept on raising her voice at me and talking rudely, and finally hung up on me after I told her to please pass the phone to the lady I spoke with earlier on. I don't pluck my money from trees, and I certainly do not pick up my time from the road. Coming to work isn't by force. My Opinion* If you can't do the job, get more trainings or give chance to people who really need jobs. I won't let this lay...

Best place in town for greasy undercooked burgers where even the bun is drenched in dripping grease.

Staff unable to provide even the slightest requests such as no gerkins, always requires multiple trips to resolve issues and has resulted in me asking for refunds on more than one occasion. Will not be visiting this branch again - every other McDonald's I have ever tried has always been far superior.

Hopefully someone who can change things will see this, or the owner of this restaurant.

!Update!....

Decided to try this place again and I really wish I hadn't... Not usually the type of person to leave a bad review but this really needs addressing - not only did they get my order wrong (as they always seem to do) but it came complete with eggs that were extremely greasy/runny and green with nice holes of juice inside. Shame I only realised this half way through while i was eating.... needless to say I'm completely put off of this particular mc donalds for life and probaly the whole franchise.

I'll also be submitting a complaint to head office....

It doesn’t surprise me one bit that this place has only 3.7 stars on google! The staff here, particularly Sumaeen (duty manager) at the time of my visit was unbelievably rude and obnoxious when I asked about the books that they are advertising for the kids meals, that they never seem to have! This was the 3rd visit that my 2 year old was distraught that once again, no book! So when I suggested take the one out the case they have on display, the response was, no we can’t open that case! I’m actually not sure where they manage to find these types of idiotic people to work in this place, but they need some serious customer service training! I’m sick to death of this place offering something that clearly isn’t available and making daughter think she will get her book when she won’t.
